Intake/Assessments/Evaluation: $175

Assessment for Gender Affirming Letter/Documentation: Pay what you can, no charge

Individual Sessions (45 – 55 minutes): $175

Initial Phone Consultation (15 – 30 minutes): No charge

Insurance

I am not paneled with any insurance providers, which means that my services can not be billed as “in network” for any healthcare insurance. Many of the clients who I work with can still use health insurance benefits on an out-of-network basis. My license, training, and education qualify for out-of-network reimbursement as a healthcare provider. This means that you can submit a record of payment for sessions to your insurance and your insurance can pay you back money after your sessions to help cover the costs.

If you have questions or want help understanding your out of network benefits, you are welcome to contact me and we can discuss whether out of network benefits are right for you.

Payment

Payment is accepted in the form of cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. Checks are not accepted. Payment is due at the time of service.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for a late cancellation fee or $50.
